Free shipping: Customers that place orders over $100 will receive free US shipping.
Processing time:
We know how exciting it is to get a package and we will have your package out within 1-3 days after being placed. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
Orders places on Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following business day.
Young Lane is not responsible for the wrong address being entered BUT if it does happen please email shopyounglane@younglane.com immediately to resolve this issue.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
Possible Delays:
You will receive a notification if there is any reason for delayed or cancelled. There maybe delays due to weather, holidays and UPS/USPS delays that are above our control.
Undeliverable/Missing Package
Young Lane is not responsible for any lost/stolen package but we will do what we can on our end to make this situation more desirable for you. You are responsible for entering the correct address for delivery- if any package is returned you are responsible for the shipping fees.
Returns
We understand when things do not fit exactly how you hope and we completely understand. We want you to love your purchase and feel as confident as you can from any purchase from Young Lane! Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Item(s) must be returned within 20 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately your item(s) will not be eligible for a return after this time period is up.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. As well as free from any odors, makeup stains, or deodorant stains.
We do not offer exchanges, however if your item(s) are in stock that you are returning you can use your e-gift card to purchase a different size.
Any product that is marked down 20% or more and gift cards are FINAL SALE.
To start a return
- Please email shopyounglane@younglane.com for return authorization and return address
- Include your ORDER NUMBER, and reason for return on original packing slip
- We do not offer free returns. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)!
- Please allow 1-2 days from receiving your return for your e-gift card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If your item(s) happen to be damaged or the wrong item it must be reported within 2 days of receiving. If there is no damage claims within these 2 days your item WILL NOT be accepted. Please email us at shopyounglane@younglane.com with pictures of the damage.
Young Lane is not responsible for any damages after being washed by you. Please follow care instructions and use delicates or hand wash cycle and air dry only.
